How to use: Use the neutralizer after washing the Fanola Oro Therapy permanent wave liquid from your hair. Without unrolling the curlers, rinse your hair and towel dry. Apply approximately 100 ml of neutralizer and wait 10 minutes. Then rinse your hair very carefully and patiently with warm water for a few minutes and then remove the curlers.
