Vegetable Glycerin

Glycerin, derived from rapeseed vegetable oil, is recommended for enhancing the moisturizing capabilities of your creams, lotions, gels, or shampoos due to its hydrating properties. It has a thick liquid texture and can be found in numerous cosmetic products. Soluble in water and alcohol. Not soluble in oil. Glycerin should be added to the water phase of your product.

The packaging is recyclable and guaranteed to be free from phthalates and bisphenol A.

Dosage Information: Use 1% to 5% of the total weight of your product.

Note: An opposite effect may occur with concentrations above 10%, especially for products not intended to be rinsed off, such as creams or lotions. In these cases, glycerin can dry out the skin instead of moisturizing it. Additionally, concentrations above 5% may cause adverse reactions in some skin types, leading to a warming sensation.
