Directions: After cleansing with Total Wash and applying moisturizer, smooth PCA Skin Total Defense Calming Hydrator SPF 25 onto skin. Allow to absorb 20 minutes prior to daytimeexposure. Reapply after 2 hours of sun exposure and repeat every 2 hours asneeded.
