HOW TO TAKE AMIX ISOPRIME CFM?

Recommended daily dose : Take 1 to 3 doses of 35 gr per day according to daily protein needs.

Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop (1 heaped scoop = 35 g) of Amix™ IsoPrime CFM® with 200-300

ml cold water or low-fat milk. Beat for 30 seconds with an electric or hand mixer.
